USA) - See all my reviews I would have to agree with the other reviewers that initially I thought that this mixer was powerful and that the retractable cord was a definite plus. However oster mixer, I have had 2 of these mixers (same make and model) and neither one of them held up very long. After about a dozen uses oster mixer, the first one failed to hold the beaters in place. Every time that I picked the mixer up to reposition it oster mixer, the beaters fell out. I put up with it because I could still use it but with a lot of frustration. I eventually inherited another mixer so retired the first one today. The inherited one turned out coincidentally to be the same make and model as my first one. The beaters snap int.
